It’s from our purpose-built kitchen that on a daily basis we use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to hand make our sandwiches and rolls. By partnering with our suppliers, we can access consistently high-quality fresh ingredients all year round.
We operate an extensive Food Safety Management System and HACCP plan which allows us to monitor all aspects of quality throughout production, packaging and delivery.
